Hot tub rules: shower before use, no lotions/oils, no glass nearby, supervise children, replace cover securely after use.
Sauna rules: no shoes, food, drinks, or alcohol; enter clean; keep door closed; do not block vents or heaters.
Game room equipment must not be moved or misused. No sitting/standing on tables and no drinks on playing surfaces.
Washer/dryer must not be overloaded. Clean lint filter after use. Do not tamper with controls.
All trash must be bagged and placed inside outdoor bins. Break down and bag cardboard. Do not leave trash outside bins.
Propane fireplace is propane-only. Do not use wood or tamper with gas controls. Do not leave unattended.
Before departure: gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn off lights/appliances, and lock all doors.
